Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order from Hidden Secret Boutique. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at hiddensecretboutique.contact@gmail.com before returning any items.

Returns

For eligible purchases, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you wish to make a return. Once you have notified us, your item(s) must be returned within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging where applicable.

Please take care when trying items on. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend obtaining and keeping proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can look into this and put things right.

Refunds

All returned items will be inspected once received.

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
